Parameters responsible for defining a standard validity for each Health Assessment type. Companies may use validity periods of less than one year in order to protect themselves from eventualities.
When a medical license is about 25 days to expire, as an example, DRAKE will create an alert or block warning that the worker’s medical exam must be refreshed.
2.1 The first step is to access the path: Configuration > Parameters.
2.2 Go to the tab “Medical Validity“.
2.3 Define on days the expiry for each type of Health Assessment. Click on “Save” to finish.
