Tasks - Inform Extra Time

1. Introduction

In most of the time the extra time is a task executed onboard. This feature allows add some extra time at regular worktime (register – define work time). Every adjustments made here will appears in payroll.


2. Access Permission

To have access on this screen the permission "Manter hora extra" must be given to accountable profiles.

3. Get Starting

Access the follow path: Tasks > On board > Inform extra time

Then, a list with extras time will be displayed. For add a new one, click “Add”.

A new screen will pop up. Fill requested areas and inform workers names that will use that extra time.

 

  • Date: Date of occurrence

  • RIG: RIG where extra time will be able.

  • Start: Extra time start.

  • End: Extra time end.

  • Classification: Extra time classification.

  • Subclassification: Extra time subclassification

  • Justification: Justification of overtime.

 

Filled all areas, click “Save and Close” to complete process.


4. Editting extra time

To edit a extra time, click above the time that you want edit.

A new window will appear. Change the info as your preferences and click “save and close”.


5. Deleting extra time

If you need to delete an extra time for any reason, select the wanted one and click “Delete”, as image below:
