Records - Distance Refund Table
1 - Introduction
DRAKE works with API Console from Google to obtain distance quantities and georeferencing. These values are bound with all the routes on DRAKE, since 2 addresses are linked on the map and the distance between them is obtained. With this table will be defined the cost for this distance, tables must be created with fixed cost or multiplied by kilometers. Thus, the workers reimbursement will be measured by a table for their displacement. These costs can replace paths of a route, thus the values here referenced can be used on routes. So the table start working, it is necessary to insert an initial and a final mileage and the cost if it is per kilometer or not.

3 - Instructions
3.1 Go to the page “Distance Refund Table” on the menu: Records > Logistics > Distance Refund Table
3.2 The page below will be displayed:
4 - Adding an item to the table
4.1 To add a new item to the table, it can be chosen by fixed cost or per km.
4.2 Adding a fixed cost:
Min distance in km: Inform the initial distance.
Max distance in km: Inform the final distance
Value: Inform the cost to be paid to the path between the initial and final distances informed above.
Value per km: Leave this option unchecked.
On this scenario, the amount paid will be fixed. Therefore, any similar travel with this distance will pay the same amount, not varying. Example: minimum distance of 10 and maximum of 100, with the amount of 30. Any route that has between 10 and 100 km will give the reimbursement of $30 for expenses. If the route is shorter than 10km or longer than 100km only will have payment in advance if another table be registered with the distance.
4.3 Adding cost per km:
Min distance in km: Inform the initial distance.
Max distance in km: Inform the final distance
Value: Inform the cost to be paid to the path between the initial and final distances informed above.
Value per km: Leave this option checked.
In this scenario the amount informed will be multiplied by the route mileage. So, any path between the initial and final distance will be multiplied of the route’s total mileage. Example: Minimum distance of 30 and maximum of 250, with the cost of 1,25 per km. Any travel containing between 30 and 250 km , DRAKE will multiply the cost since 0 until the final destination with the informed amount. If the path has 70km, it will be in the established distance and will multiply 70*1,25 = $87,50. This is the amount to be paid in advance to the worker. If the travel is shorter than 30km or longer than 250km only will have payment in advance if another table be registered with the distance.
