Records - Provider's Course Information
1 - Introduction
This system’s functionality becomes important and efficient by controlling what is being or will be invested with trainings, specifying the entities of a course whether if it is online or in person. To generate this record must read: Records - Courses where will be informed the course with prices and Records - Entities where will be informed what is the supplier for this course.
Important: One course can have many registries however with different entities.
2 - Permissions
To have access to this functionality, the permission “Maintain Provider’s course information“ must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling and operating the functionality.

3 - Steps
3.1 To register a new course cost, go to the menu: Records > Compliance > Provider’s Course Information
3.2 The page “Provider’s Course Information“ will be displayed. To add a new register, click on “Add“.
3.3 A window will be displayed with the fields Supplier, Course, Value and External Code.
3.4 After filling the fields, click on “Save and Close“ to finish or “Save and New“ for a new record.
4 - Changing course’s information
4.1 To change a registered information, click above the course.
4.2 After changing the fields, click on “Save and Close“ to finish.
5 - Deleting course’s information
5.1 To delete a registered information, select the course and click on “Delete“.
