Records - Internal Training Sites

1 - Introduction

This register will be used on  en - Records - Qualificações, where can be defined that a qualification will be provided to a third-party worker through a course in this place. Usually to define qualification to be created on worker’s Operational Units to courses provided in person.

 

 


2 - Permissions

To access this page, the option "Maintain Internal Training Sites" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.

To grant such permission, read the article: Granting Access Permissions.




3 - Access

The first step is to follow the menu: Records > Compliance > Internal Training Sites.

 

The page Internal Training Sites will be displayed, To make a specific search, use the filters or the search bar.

 

4 - Registering a new Internal Training Site

To add a new site, click on the button “Add“ and fill the fields to be displayed on the window.

 

  • Description*: Description (name) of the place

  • Acronym: Acronym of the place

  • Order: Classification order. The higher the order, the greater the relevance.

  • Add Subtype: Place’s sub type to be registered.

  • (*): mandatory information

To finish, click on “Save“.

 


5. Changing an Internal training Site

To change the information of a registered place, double click above it.

 

Change the necessary information and finish by clliccking on “Save“.

 


6 - Deleting an Internal Training Site

To delete an internal training site, select the option and click on “Remove” to finish.
