Tasks - Maintain Documents Folder
1 - Introduction
The “Document folder manager“ is a page exclusive to name folders, where files can be added to as displayed on Tasks - Maintain Documents . It is a page simple, only with the function of register the directory’s (Folder) name.
2. - Permissions
To access this functionality, the permission “Maintain Documents folder” must be granted to the responsible profiles for operate and control this page.

3 - Steps
3.1 Go to the page on the menu: Tasks > Documents > Maintain Documents Folder
3.2 Click on the button “Add” to create a new folder.
3.3 A “New Folder“ window will be displayed and must be informed to the system the title of the folder and if it will be “Visible to Worker” through MyDrake. When the folder is visible to worker, all the filed from that folder will be available on their MyDrake. This way, the documents can be sent to the workers through the application.
3.4 In the example below there are two examples of folders created. The first “Company Standards“ is “Visible to Worker” and displays a tag of “Visible” while the second, “Qualification“ is a folder for internal control and is unavailable to be viewed by the worker on MyDrake.
3.5 To change the folder’s information, double click above the folder. To delete, select the folder and click on the button “Remove“.
