FAQ - Change password on MyDRAKE (Mobile)
Do you want to change your user’s password on MyDRAKE? We can help you!
In this article you will find the instructions to change your user’s password.
1.1 Para trocar a senha, basta ir no menu, opção ”Configurações”:
1.2 Click on the button “Change Password”.
The phone’s browser will open on a page requesting the user’s e-mail.
1.3 Inform the e-mail and click on Send verification code (Enviar código de verificação):
Check the e-mail Microsoft will send (will be the same as on MyDRAKE web). Wait for the e-mail to arrive. If not received the e-mail below, check our support material on FAQ - Desbloqueio do domínio DRAKE no e-mail
1.4 Inform the code received on the browser:
1.5 Click on “Verify code” (Verificar código). The window below will be displayed to confirm. Click on “Continue“.
1.6 The page below will display. Inform the new password and confirm. Next, click on “Continue”.
