Extra Reasons are presets that will be used to fill the “Reason” field to maintain absence extra time when finishing a logistic schedule.

2 - Permissions
To access this functionality the permission “Manage Extra Reasons” must be given to the responsible profiles to manage the registration.
To grant this permission, read the article:Granting Access Permissions
3 - Registering an Extra Reason Type
3.1 Go to the screen by following the path: Records > Crew Change> Types > Extra Reason.
3.2 Done that, the screen "Manage Extra Reason" will be displayed with few already registered reasons.(IMAGE)
3.3 To include a new reason, click on the “Add” icon.(IMAGE)
3.4 After clicking on “Add”, a new window will open containing fields to be filled.(IMAGE)
Acronym: Acronym used to identify the extra reason.
Description: Name of the reason.
Order: Sort order/ reason relevance.
Add Subtype: Extra reason subtype (not mandatory field)
3.5 After filling the fields, click on “Save” to finish registering.(IMAGE)

Changing registered reasonsEditing Extra Reasons
4.1 If necessary to change edit an already registered reason, double click twice above it.(IMAGE)
4.2 On the sequence, change edit the necessary information and finish by clicking on “Save”.(IMAGE)
5 - Deleting an
extra reasonExtra Reason
5.1 To remove a reason, select by clicking above it and click on the trash can symbol to “Remove”.
