1- Introduction
Extra Reasons are presets that will be used to fill the “Reason” field to maintain extra time when finishing a logistic schedule.

2 - Permissions
To access this functionality the permission “Manage Extra Reasons” must be given to the responsible profiles to manage the registration.

3 - Registering an Extra Reason Type
3.1 Go to the screen by following the path: Records > Crew Change> Types > Extra Reason.
3.2 Done that, the screen "Manage Extra Reason" will be displayed with few already registered reasons.

3.3 To include a new reason, click on the “Add” icon.

3.4 After clicking on “Add”, a new window will open containing fields to be filled.

Acronym: Acronym used to identify the extra reason.
Description: Name of the reason.
Order: Sort order/ reason relevance.
Add Subtype: Extra reason subtype (not mandatory field)
3.5 After filling the fields, click on “Save” to finish registering.

4 - Editing Extra Reasons
4.1 If necessary to edit an already registered reason, click twice above it.

4.2 On sequence, edit the information and finish by clicking on “Save”.

5 - Deleting an Extra Reason
5.1 To remove a reason, select by clicking above it and click on the trash can symbol to “Remove”.
