John and Peter lives next door and embark in the same Operational Unit in the exact same day. How could be done to request logistics for these two workers? Their needs can be associated, worked uniquely for both services. Below will be displayed how to perform this task:
1 - Associating
1.1 The association must be made before sending the request to the supplier.
In this example the logistics will be made for Daisy Ridley and Seann Penn. Both will need a car, as displayed below:
1.2 Select the group to associate and click on the button highlighted:
1.3 After associating, the logistics will become one. Please note that the workers names is hidden and the column “Participants” changes to 2, displaying how many workers are associated to that logistic need.
1.4 Click above the request to open a logistic need window. On the mains tab “Logistic Need“, uuse the field “Observation” to inform details of the request. The field “Worker’s observation” will be filled to send information to the workers involved in the logistic.
1.5 On the tab “Associated“, it is possible to check all logistic needs associated to the request.
1.6 If prefer, the option “Associated” can be enabled to expand the associated requests, not only displaying the main request(code 18), but also the logistics associated to create it (Codes 16 and 17).
2 - Dissociating
This way the user can work with the tasks individually.
