1 - Introduction
In this page will be displayed how to manage absences, replacements, anticipated disembarks and No-shows paying off or not the absence generated by Drake.
2 - Permissions
To access this page, the option "Manage Absences" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.
To grant such permission, read the article: Granting Access Permissions.
3 - Access
3.1 With the permission to include Extra time reason, go to: Tasks > Crew Change > Manage Absences.
3.2 The page below will be displayed:
4 - Managing Absences
4.1 Set which worker will have the absence managed. If prefer, use the filters to ease searching the worker.
After finding the worker, click above their line to manage the absence.
4.2 After selecting the worker, the window below will open:
Some information, such as date, person, origin type can’t be changed, since this information is generated on logistic schedule finishing.
4.3 Set the next step. The possible steps are:
None
Replaced with Extra Cost
Replaced without Extra Cost
Worked with one less worker
4.4 Inform if the occurrence is an absence or day off. If necessary, fill the reason for the absence.
Obs.: If the Origin type is a replacement, the replacing worker must be informed.
