1 - Introduction
In Crew Rotationpage it is possible to work with filter types to display the most varied possible scenarios. As an example, consider a user who is responsible for a group of workers/Operational Units and only wants to view on Crew Rotation the units/workers he is responsible for. We can custom it on DRAKE, so the parameters will not need to adjust this functionality every time.

2 - Access
2.1 Access the Crew Rotationscreen. Go to the icon “More Filters”.
2.2 Done this, the window “WORKER FILTERS“ will be opened.
3 - Understanding the function
Let’s split this window and understand each part of its components.
3.1 FILTER OPERATIONAL UNIT - Choose the OU (Operational Unit) to be displayed.
3.2 FILTER EVENTS - Choose the event and its time range to be displayed.
3.3 CHOOSE COLUMNS - Choose which columns to be displayed when viewing Crew Rotation screen (After select/deselect the columns, and closing the “choose columns” window, will be saved automatically).
3.4 QUANTITY OF LINES TO BE DISPLAYED - Choose how many lines will be displayed per page
3.5 STANDARD FILTERS - As an Excel spreadsheet, the order of the columns can be filtered or searched.
3.6 CUSTOM FILTER - This is where all the changes will be saved, in order to avoid setting the parameters every time the Crew Rotation be loaded (When choosing the option “Select as Default”, this filter will be already defined while entering on Crew Rotation screen. To save is necessary to click on “Save custom filter” after finish.
3.7 After adding or removing any column will be necessary to click on the button “Apply”, so the custom setting will be saved.
4 - Events details
Field | Description |

5 - Do not display workers without events at the unit
When selecting an Operational Unit, the flag “Do not display workers without events at the unit” is displayed. If this option is active, only workers with any event linked to the operational unit will be filtered, what can turn more practical to follow up the workers with some change during the period of view selected.
