Crew Rotation: Embarks, Disembarks and Generic Appointments

1 - Introduction

 

The main function of the page Crew Rotation is to manage workers planning and this is how it is possible to include appointments and embarks on the same page, as will be seen below.

2 - Access

2.1 Access the Crew Rotation page. Then, find the worker and the day to include a new event.

 

2.2 Then, position the cursor over the cell corresponding to the worker and the day (start) of the event. As example, let’s search for the worker Matt Lanter on the date of 25/09.

 

2.3 With the cursor positioned, click with the right button over the cell. A menu will open with the option “Add Apointment”.

 

2.4 When clicking on “Add Apointment”, a new window will open over the page with two options: “Embark or Disembark” and “Generic Appointment”.

 

3 - Embarks or Disembarks

As all the embarks added on “Logistic Schedule page are reflected on “Crew Rotation”, all embarks added on “Crew Rotation” page are reflected on “Logistic Schedule”.

 

3.1 Select the option “Embark or Disembark” and click on “Next”.

 

3.2 On this window will be generated an individual schedule for embark or disembark. Fill the requested data whether it is embark and disembark or only embark or disembark.

Inform if the worker logistics will be type “Date” or “Flight”. When selecting “Flight”, the system will request to inform the scheduled flight for that unit based on .

Inform if the appointment regards to an embark and disembark, only embark, or only disembark.

3.3 Please note that there is a sidebar informing “Blocks” and “Alerts“. As the requested information is being filled, DRAKE will reach this worker’s compliance and alerts will be generated in case of inconsistent information.

3.4 After filling, click on “Save” and the worker’s timeline will be loading the schedule on selected dates.

3.5 In a few minutes will be displayed the worker’s schedule on Crew Rotation’s timeline.

When creating an embark/disembark appointment, it will be recorded on the system as seen on .


4 - Generic Appointment

4.1 Select the option “Generic Appointment”, then click on “Next”.

 

4.2 On this window, will be generated an appointment of any generic appointment on DRAKE. Fill the requested information.

4.3 After filled, click on “Save” and the timeline of the worker will display a change loading.


5 - Embarking third-Party workers from

When a third-party worker is selected during the appointment on Crew Rotation and the customer uses OSR (Outsourced Service Request) module, an additional step is displayed for the user to select the OSR (Outsourced Service Request).
