Reports - Contract Positions

 

1 - Introduction

In this page is possible to view the vacancies established in the contract Records - Contracts (Record) . When linking vacancies to contracts, the page “Contract Positions” will be filled with the information to be viewed. Not being possible to interact (Edit or remove any information) with the page, that is a report only, made to help on decision making internally in the company.

 


2 - Permissions

To access this page, the option "View positions distribution" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.

3 - Steps

3.1 Access the page by following the path: Reports > Crew Change > Contract Positions

3.2 In this page, the vacancies will be listed in a sheet with 6 columns:

  • Contract- Name of the recorded contract.

  • Worker type- If the worker is Local, Contracted, Expatriate, etc.

  • Job - Job performed on contract.

  • Minimum- Minimum quantity of workers on the job, defined by the contract.

  • Expected- Vancancy forecast for the contract.

  • Allocated- How many workers were allocated to perform the job on contract.
