FAQ - Schedule Postponement
1 - Introduction
The schedule postponement will be used in situation where, on cases of bad weather, operational necessities or other situations made necessary to postpone a full logistic schedule, or some specific workers embark or disembark postponement.
The postponement is not possible to be performed on closed schedules.
It is not possible to remove a postponed schedule or the original, since there is a bind between both schedules.
Schedule type Date - The system postpones automatically to the next day of the original schedule.
Schedule type Flight - The user can choose the date of the the registered flight.

2 - Permissions
To access this page, the option “Postpone Logistic Schedule" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality. This enables the button “Postpone” to effectively postpone a crew change. This process creates a new schedule on the next day, taking with it the workers that were selected.

3 - Postponing a schedule
3.1 This postponement can be done by following the path: Tasks> Crew Change> Logistic Schedules.
3.2 The window Logistic Schedule will be displayed listing all existing schedules on the system.Click on the schedule to postpone.
Obs.: This process will not be possible with closed schedules.
3.3 On the selected schedule page, click on "Postpone".
3.4 A new window will open to select the workers that will have their schedule postponed. This action can be done to one worker or the entire schedule.
Click on “OK” to confirm.
Obs.: After postponing, a new schedule will be created for the next day.
To avoid selection errors between the workers that will embark and who will disembark, use the filter “Type”.
3.5 After postponing, a new schedule will be created for the next day.
3.6 The workers will be grouped according to the origin schedule (Embark and Disembark)
