Records - Contracts (Manage People)

1- Introduction

The managing process of workers on a contract is a strategical task on the system, as this will provide basic information regarding workers allocation. Such informacion can be utilized by other departments while decision making, besides being used on management reports available on DRAKE.


2 - Access

2.1 The first step is to access to the following path: Records > Crew Change > Contracts > Manage People.

2.2 Granted the access, the page “Manage Workers in a Contract” will be displayed.

 


3 - Allocating workers in a contract

3.1 It is possible to consult workers and allocate them on other contract, to do so, click on “Add” on the screen “Manage workers in a contract”.

3.2 After the click on “Add”, the window to include will be displayed.

3.3  On the field Worker, select the worker who is not allocated on other contract.

3.4 On the field Contract, select in which contract the worker will be allocated.


3.5 At last, after included all the information, click on "Save and Close" to finish.

3.6 If it is necessary to continue adding more workers to the contract, click on "Save and New".


4 - Editing a contract allocation

4.1 If there is an error in the allocation, such as the wrongly defined contract, you will need to edit the allocation recorded. To do this, click on the allocation that needs to be corrected.


4.2 Then make the needed changes and click on "Save and Close" to finish.


5 - Deleting a contract allocation

5.1  To delete a performed allocation, select the required allocation and finish by clicking on "Delete".
