Records - Contracts (Record)
1- Introduction
Contracts are applied to financial, logistical and operational compliance matrices. In this field must be included service contracts that includes current information, operational units, jobs board and else.
To start recording a contract, it is needed to record the "Project" (Records - Contracts (Projects)), if it is amended to one; "Jobs" (Record - HR (Jobs)) to be required by the contract; At least one "Worker"Records - Workers must be recorded as a manager to be the responsible manager of the contract; The contracts also need a "Cost Center" (Records - Financial (Cost Centers)) and "Entity" (Records - Persons (Entities)) for financial follow-up.
2 - Permissions
To access this functionality the permission “Manage Contract” must be given to the responsible profiles to manage the registration.

3 - Register of a new contract
3.1 To include a new contract to the system, go to: Records > Crew Change > Contracts > Record
3.2 Done that, the screen “Contracts” will open. On this screen will be displayed a list of all contracts already registered in the system.
To add a new contract, click on the button “Add”
3.3 Done that, a new window will be displayed containing the following tabs: Main, Jobs, Operational Units and Cost Centers.
On the “Main” tab, must be inserted the details of the contract.
3.4 On the tab "Jobs", fill the fill the requested information by DRAKE, among them the worker type, job, minimum quantity and etc.
3.5 On the tab "Operational Units", must be included the Units that belong to this contract. For this, click on “Add” and then select the Unit to include. To finish, click on Save and Close.
3.6 At last, go to the tab "Cost Centers", click on “Add” and include the cost centers responsible for this contract.
4 - Editing a contract
4.1 To edit a contract, click above the name of the contract.
4.2 After that the window “Manage Contact” will open. Edit the information you need and click on “Save and Close”.
5 - Deleting a Contract
5.1 To delete a contract, select the option to be deleted and click on the button “Delete”.
