1 - Introduction
The trainees cancellation types are justification for an eventual course cancellation.
Below are the steps of how to include this information on Drake.
2 - Permissions
To access this page, the option "Maintain Kind of Trainee Cancellation" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.
To grant such permission, read the article: Granting Access Permissions.
3 - Registering a New Cancellation Type
3.1 The fist step is to access the menu: Records > Compliance > Manage Kind of Trainee Cancellation.
3.2 The page "Kind of Trainee Cancellation" will be displayed.
3.3 To register a new type, click on “Add“.
3.4 The window to register will be displayed. Fill the fields with the cancellation''s properties.
Description: Inform a description (Name)
Acronym: Set an acronym for the type
Order: Classification Order
Add Subtype: Subtype of the cancellation
3.5 After filling the fields, click on “Save and Close“ to finish.
4 - Changing a Registered Cancellation Type
4.1 To change a cancellation, double click above the selected type.
4.2 The registered type will be able to edit. After changing the information, click on “Save“ to finish.
5 - Deleting a Cancellation Type
5.1 To Delete a cancellation, click above the selected type and then click on “Remove“ as displayed below:
