1 - Introduction

The Qualification registration is Drake’s compliance basis. The qualifications origins the qualification requirements, courses and certificates, also used to request third party services requests evidences.

Tip: Maintain a standard for qualifications registration to help finding and using on Drake, also avoiding duplicities of registers.


2 - Permissions

To access this page, the option "Qualification" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.

To grant such permission, read the article: Granting Access Permissions.


3 - Access

3.1 Go to the qualifications page by following the path: Records > Compliance > Qualifications

3.2 The page of qualifications will be displayed:


4 - Registering a Qualification

4.1 To add a new qualification, click on the button “Add“.

4.2 A new window will be displayed with some fields to be filled

  • Name: Qualification’s name

  • Acronym: Qualification’s identification acronym

  • Identifier: This field is exclusive for payroll. If the qualification or course impacts on the payroll, here an identifier can be set to be inserted on the calculation rule and after adding the text cannot be changed, if so, the rule will be necessary to rewrite with the new Identifier text.

  • Validity in months: Qualification’s validity in months.

  • Is expirable: If checked, it is defined that the qualification has expiration date.

Tab - Third party service

  • Validation group: Defines the validation group of this qualification.

  • Internal Training: Defines the local of the qualification’s internal training.

  • Requires the training period to be informed by the supplier: If checked, it requires the supplier to inform the issue date of the third party worker’s qualification.

  • Requires validation in eaach third party service: If checked, this option defines that the evidences of this qualification must be validated for each third party service.

  • Not technical: If checked, defines that this qualification is not technical, such as Passport, Health Assessment, etc.

  • Do not allow exemption request:  If checked, defines that the qualification does not allow requests to be extempted.

Click on “Save“ to finish.


5 - Changing a Qualification’s information

5.1 To change the information of a qualification, double click above the selected qualification:

6 - Deleting a Qualification

To delete a qualification, click above the selected qualification and click on “Remove“:

Behind DRAKE is a database where the inserted information on system is internally linked generating a complex network. If the user deletes an item linked to other pertinent information, the system will block the action. In this case, unlink all and any information linked to the qualification type.
