1. Introduction

This documentation will detail all related procedure to Drake team management.

This feature was created to perform the management of a specific team, to attend the requirements necessary of a demand / service.

The feature allows that be extracted reports of worker records to related tasks.

2. Team Register

This feature is responsible to create the different teams to be included in Drake.

3. Access Permissions

To have access to this feature, the permission to the "Manage Team Member" must be granted to the profiles responsible for operating and controlling this feature.

4. Team Members Management

After the registers mentioned above, it will be possibly make the each team members management, that means on members inclusion and exclusion. Don't forget the definitions of each team!

4.1 Add members in a related team

Access member management screen by the following path: Tasks> Operation > Teams> Manage team members.

4.2 After that, the principal registration screen will be displayed.

4.3 To start managing a team, just make a double click on the desired team, located in the middle of the screen.

4.4 In the center of the screen will be displayed the requirement to be attended, the same during the registration of the team in question.

Note: It's important to define the date and time which this action will be applied. 
This information will be important during the team members edition, its possible to see the historic of them.

4.5 To add a new member manually, just click on the "Add New Member", as image below:

Note: If the register team options "Automatically filled" has been marked, the user can't make any members allocation on the team, because the system is only responsible for possible actions performing.

4.6 The window "Add new member" will be displayed. After that, just click on "Search for worker" and the system will list the people meeting requirements and defined members 
at team list.

4.7 To select a worker, just click on it.

Note: In the example above, all workers in the 'Doctor' or 'Nurse' function were listed.

4.8 To confirm worker inclusion, click on "Add".

4.9 After confirmation, the worker in question will be listed on team.

Note: To each inclusion, the system will update the allocations number having made compared with maximum members number. When the minimum amount of members isn't reached, a conflict flag will be displayed.

5. Allocation Suggestions

5.1 Another way to add members is through the allocation suggestion. To request the suggestion, basically click on the "lightning" button, located on the top right corner of the screen.

5.2 Based on the date, time, and necessary information to request the requirement, the system will suggest the best membership options for each requirement it.

Note: This suggestion will compare the member source account applied on the team registered.


5.3 If you are in agreement with suggested members, click on "Confirm".

Note: The date and time which members were added will be highlighted.

5.4 After suggestion confirmation, click on "Save" to complete the members inclusion.

5.5 In this scenario, it was defined that the team "First Aid Team", on 03/192018 at 14:33 PM, had as members the persons shown above.

Note: If the date and time are changed to an earlier membership team, won't be displayed, because they aren't currently on the team.

6. Another's allocation scenarios suggestion

6.1 Removal Suggestion

Note: A change was made to the Doctors / Nurses requirement.

Previously, the requisition required doctors or nurse function workers. Now, the requirement only requires doctor's workers.

In this case, when you click on 'Suggest Allocation', the system will suggest the workers  removal who no longer meet the requirement specification. If you have accept this suggestion, confirm it.

7. Allocations suggestion of member for changes in requirement

Situations where the system will suggest a member exchange from a requirement to another due modifications in the requirement specifications.

7.1 Imagine the following scenario:

It was defined that requirement 1 can only be attended by Nursing function workers.

It was also defined that the requirement 2 can only be attended by medical staff.

However, for some reason the requirement 1 function was changed to Doctor and the Requirement 2 function was changed to Nurse.

At this scenario, when you are prompted for a new suggestion, the system will suggest a members exchange from a requirement to another. Look as image below:

 Note: For Each change in team members, remember to save as well.


8. Members exclusion on date

8.1 As previously reported, after members inclusion they will remains on the team until there is 
some change at this team.

8.2 To remove a member, you might enter on the precise date and time that the member will 
be deleted from the team.

8.3 Select the worker and confirm the exclusion by clicking on the bin icon as image below.
