FAQ - Registering MyDRAKE user (Mobile - Apple) (IOS)

1 - Introduction

This documentation aims to detail all MyDRAKE registering process since the application’s download until the access.

What will be discussed:

  • MyDRAKE application download

  • User registration

  • MyDRAKE Access

  • Password redefinition

ATTENTION: DRAKE users don’t need to register on MyDRAKE. For users the registration is automatic, using the saame login as DRAKE on MyDRAKE (Only companies that achieved MyDRAKE service can have this registration).


2 - Downloading MyDrake

In this tutorial MyDRAKE will be downloaded on App Store, Apple’s application platform.

2.1 Open Play Store and search for “MyDrake“.

 

2.2 Download the application by clicking in “install” as the image displays.

2.4 When finishing the download, click on “open”


3 - User registration

3.1 On the page lower corner, click on “Register“.

3.2 On this step is necessary to include the user’s e-mail registered on DRAKE system. Informed the e-mail, click on “Register“ (Cadastrar).

3.3 By clicking on “register”, you will receive an e-mail as displayed below. It contains an activation code that must be inserted on the next step.

3.4 Now, include the code received by e-mail and click on “continue”.

Note: If the code was not received, click on “Resend code” (reenviar código).

3.5 The next step is to define an access password. By defining it, click on “save”.

Register a password with:

  • Not more than 2 equal characters on sequence

  • At least 6 characters

  • At least 01 special character (!@#$%¨&*)

  • At leas 01 number

  • At least 01 uppercase letter

  • At least 01 lowercase letter

3.6 Now, click on “enter”. When clicking, you will be redirected to the home page where MyDRAKE’s access will be done.


4 - MyDrake access

4.1 To access MyDRAKE, insert e-mail and password previously defined on registration process.

Note: If DRAKE access already exists, use the same e-mail and password to access MyDRAKE..

4.2 You are now connected to MyDRAKE.


5 - Access with Google

5.1. You can also access MyDRAKE with Google Account. For this, click on “Login with Google”.

5.2. The page below will be displayed. Click on “log in with Google”.

5.3. Inform your corporate e-mail associated to Google.

5.4. Define the password.

5.5. Done this, the system will redirect to MyDrake's initial screen.


6 - Redefining MyDrake’s password

6.1. To redefine MyDrake’s password, inform your e-mail and click on “Forgot password?“ (Esqueceu sua senha?)

6.2. The next step is to verify the e-mail, the system will send you a code as the image below, to redefine password.

6.3. Now include the verification code and click on “continue”. If the code was not received, click on “resend code'

6.4. After continuing, inform the password and confirm. After this, click on “save”.

6.5. Your password was redefined. You can now connect to MyDrake with your new password.
