Briefing

Before mentioning process and tools, it is necessary to mention people and on DRAKE people will be called “Workers”. The workers are base of our software’s process, considering that when thinking about training, crew change, logistics, payroll, POB(…), is all about people. The people management or human resources of an organization or any other nature is a strategic and defying subject, since many are theories and environment for the best performance. However, one thing is ensured: DRAKE will use all available worker information to optimize its processes. In this module you will see from all the necessary records to keep all the worker's data up to date and even the documentation shared directly with the worker.
