Tasks - Appointments

1 - Introduction

 

This functionality is about a generic logistic appointment to the worker. It is possible to create logistic needs as land, maritime and air transportation, thus hotel bookings. These appointments may be used to any company need as such as: Health assessment, VISA, external work, etc.

Reminder: All appointments created in this page that has an origin and destination recorded will be registered in Records - Paths and can be automatically generated.


2 - Access

To access this functionality the permission “Manage Appointments” must be given to the responsible profiles to manage the registration.

3 - Registering an appointment

3.1 Go to the menu: Tasks > Logistics > Appointments.

3.2 To search for appointments, use the search filters or the search bar as below:

3.3 To record an appointment, click on the “Add” button:

3.4 A page will open to register the appointment by filling the required fields.

Hotel needed?

Check this option if the appointment has need to book a hotel for the worker

Transport needed?

Check this option if the appointment has need to schedule a transport for the worker

Transport provided by Institution?

Check this option if the transport for the worker will be provided by the institution during the stay

3.5 After filling the information, click on “Save”.


4 - Logistic Needs

4.1 When creating an appointment with origin and destination locations, DRAKE will create a path record. If the path already exists, click on “Calculate needs“, so DRAKE automatically will find registered routed and the logistic will be possible to manage in this page. The user can also access the page Records - Paths and inform the routes of it, to go back to “Calculate Needs”, or will be seen from item 4.2, can be manually added.

 

4.2  If prefer, inform if there is logistic need by filling the information requested by DRAKE. For this, click on the “Add” button.

 

4.3 Fill the requested information:

4.4 After filling, click on “Save” to close.

 

4.5 After saving, the logistic need will be displayed on the “Logistic Needs” tab. To get further information regarding this logistic need, click on the button

To view details regarding the item, click on the arrow on the right corner to expand.

 

5 - Editing a Logistic Need

To change the Logistic Need, double click on the selected item and edit. To finish, click on “Save”.

 

6 - Deleting an appointment

To delete an appointment click above the selected item and click on “Remove” to finish as below:
