1- Introduction

In few cases, companies from different aspects has the need of Occupational Health Certificate, Vaccination proof, or even medical treatments for a group of workers. DRAKE allows these needs to be followed and its achievement may be mandatory through the qualification matrix scope - The same used on Compliance and Training, however with some differences to bee displayed below.

To exemplify in this project, first will be simulated the need of displaying that a group of workers need to present a semiannual Occupational Health Certificate, besides the conventional annual Occupational Health Certificate.

2 - Registering SMS Matrix

To create the Matrix, the process is exactly the same used to create a conventional matrix. If there is any doubt about this procedure, read the article:

3 - Registering SMS Qualifications

As the training qualification is created, the SMS qualification will be created. If there is any doubt about this procedure, read the article:

4 - Registering SMS Requirements

4.1 It is recommended that before the “Requirement Type” is distinguished, so it can define an exclusive requirement for SMS. If there is any doubt about this procedure, read the article:

4.2 With the matrix and the qualifications registered, it is time to set the workers groups that will have the requirements to accomplish this qualification. The requirements are created the same way as normally created, but reminding to set the SMS Matrix, Qualification and the requirement type. 5 - Registering SMS course

4.1 It is recommended to register before distinguishing the “Certificate Type“, setting an exclusive certificate for SMS requirement. If there is any doubt about this procedure, read the article:

6 - Creating an SMS Training Class

After all registered, the class of SMS can be created. This process will be identical a conventional training class, but attention: The date of the class will be the same date the worker will have the exam on the clinic. The worker will not be performing a conventional training, this will be an Occupational Health Assessment.

7 - Uploading the Occupational Health Certificate

As the final process to attend to a qualification need is the registration of the certificate on the page “Certificates“, to the qualification matrix it will be as well. The Occupational Health Certificates will be added in the same page as “Certificates”, reminding always that when registering must be set the “Certificate Type“ as registered on item 4.2 in this article.
