Records - Qualification Matrix
1 - Introduction
The Qualification Matrix registration is an important process for DRAKE, considering all the processes related to the workers' individual qualifications. It represents a qualification need grouping. If there is a relation set that may be considered as a rule in the matrix, register on Records - Qualification Relationsets and fill the matrix with the chosen relation set.
2 - Permissions
To access this page, the option "Maintain Qualification Need" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.

3 - Registering a New Qualification Matrix
3.1 To register a new matrix, go to the menu: Records > Compliance > Qualification Matrix.
3.2 After the access, the page “Qualification Matrixes“ will be displayed, listing all the registered matrices on DRAKE. To register a new matrix, click on the button “Add“.
3.3 A window will open to register the new Matrix. Fill the fields based on the Matrix information..
Name: Matrix name
Acronym: Matrix Acronym
Relationset: Relation set the Matrix will use ( Records - Qualification Relationsets)
Description: Information/Comments about the Matrix functionality
Show for My Drake Users: When enabled, the workers in this Matrix will be able to see their training needs through My Drake
3.4 After filling the fields, click on “Save and Close“ to finish, or “Save and New“ to register a new Matrix.
4 - Changing a Registered Matrix
4.1 To change a registered Matrix, click above the selected matrix and the window will open for editing.
4.2 Change the information and click on "Save and Close" to finish.
5 - Deleting a Registered Matrix
5.1 To delete a registered Matrix, select the matrix and click on “Delete“ to finish.
Behind DRAKE is a database where the inserted information on system are attached internally generating a complex network. If the user deletes an item linked to other pertinent information, the system will block the action. In this case, unlink all and any information linked to the matrix.
