Tasks - Personnel Requirements
1 - Introduction
Through the page “Personnel Requirements“, DRAKE helps beforehand the manager to identify all the training requirements for their teams, in order they can avoid becoming out of compliance, which may block the embark process of the workers.
This page works by setting the “Qualification Requirements (Records - Qualification Requirements ) to the Workers (Records - Workers ) in a spreadsheet.
2 - Permissions
To access this functionality, the permission “Personnel Requirements” must be granted to the responsible profiles for operate and control the functionality.

3 - Access
3.1 Go to the page “Personnel Requirements“ through the menu: Tasks > Training > Personnel Requirements.
3.2 The page below will be displayed:
Displays the qualification requirement, which quaification is necessary and which worker it belongs to.
Displays the expiry date and how many days are left to expire.
Displays if the qualification is being managed.
Displays the worker type.
3.3 When the requirements is expanded it is displayed the details of it.
On the tab “Contexts“ it is possible to see the contexts the qualification requirement is applied, considering the Qualification Matrix, the worker registration, the embark schedules and contexts by the dimensions: Worker Type, Job, Operational Unnit, Contract and Country.
3.4 On the tab “Services“ it is possible to identify if the worker has certificates that comply with this specific requirement or even that can be equivalent or related to other necessary qualifications to this worker, always displaying their expiry dates.
4 - Export Report to Excel
4.1 If necessary to export the spreadsheet according to the requirements report to excel, click on “Export to Excel“ and DRAKE will download automatically.
5 - Third Party Workers Requirements
To create personnel requirements for workers as type “Third Party” , those that are set on Records - Qualification Requirements , it is necessary the worker to have at least one embark schedule performed or scheduled 7 days before the requirement is created or updated.
If the prerequisites are attended, the personnel requirements are calculated for these workers.
For workers type “Contracted“, “EXPAT“ and “Local Employee“ this rule is not applied, updating it automatically.
