Records - Manage Activity
1 - Introduction
The types of activities are the workers' jobs, they define the performance area of it. The types of activities are applied to the moment a qualification need is being created, in order to create specific qualification for the activities. To add information to this register from Records - Outsourced Workforce Type is previously finished.
2 - Permissions
To access this functionality the permission “Activity Types” must be given to the responsible profiles to manage the registration.

3 - Registering an Activity Type
3.1 To register a new type, go to the page “Manage Activity“ on the menu: Records> Compliance > Manage Activity.
3.2 After the access, all activities types registered will be listed. To add a new type, click on “Add”
3.3 Fill the fields and click on “Save and Close” to finish.
Acronym: Define the acronym of the activity
Name: Name of the activity
Description: Add a brief description of the activity.
Outsourced Workforce Type:Type of third-party service
Show at service Request: Sets the activity to be considered while requesting outsourced services.
4 - Changing a Registered Activity
4.1 If necessary to change the information of a registered activity type, click above the type to be changed.
4.2 Next, the window with the registered information will be opened. Change what is necessary and click on “Save and Close“ to finish.
5 - Deleting Activity Type
5.1 To delete an activity type, on the page “Activities“, select the type to be deleted and click on “Delete“ to finish.
6 - Relating the activity type to a worker
6.1 To relate an activity type to a specific worker, go to the workers' registration page by following the path: Records > Persons > Workers
Attention: To access the Workers page, will be necessary to have the permission “Maintain Worker“.
6.2 After the access, double click above the worker to be related to an activity.
6.3 On “Professional Data” inform the activity type and save to finish.
7 - Relating an activity type to a Requirement
7.1 To relate an activity to a qualification, go to the page ““ by following the path: Records > Compliance > Requirements
Attention: To access the page will be necessary to have the permission “Maintain qualification needs“.
7.2 After entering the page, click above the requirement to be related to a registered activity.
7.3 On the tab “Activities“ click on “Add”.
7.4 Select the activity and click on “Save and Close” to finish.
7.5 After adding, the activity will be listed on the tab “Activities“. Click on “Save and Close” to finish the procedure.
