Client accreditation request

The accreditation request is the first step in the integration between the contracting party and the contractor or client and supplier in this relationship of outsourced services.

This procedure must be carried out when a service provider wishes to provide its services to one of the companies listed on the "Accreditation" screen.

Once you have accessed the Accreditation screen, all the Entities available for accreditation will be listed, those that have already had their accreditation requested or that have already been accepted.

To request registration for one of these companies, simply click on the "Request accreditation" option.

A dialog box will be displayed indicating which company (usually your own company) will request accreditation. Select which company will request accreditation and click on the “Send” button.

Note: The companies that will be displayed in this dialog box must have previously been registered on ENTITIES and enabled the ‘'Allows you to request a accreditation’' option contained in the entity's registration. Example below:

After send the Request to the client, the request will go through an approval process, in which the desired client will decide whether to accept the registration of the service provider company. At this point, the request will be identified with the status "REQUESTED" in yellow.

If the client accepts the registration, the status change to "ACCEPTED" in green and the service provider company will be able to receive service requests from the respective customer.
