Third Party Member Validation

1. Introduction

This documentation aim to detail all validation members procedure and their qualification evidences for third party.

Since the moment that provider answer a service request, by filling all requested requirements, automatically is created an inbox needing your validation.

After validation, the provider will be able to get start with the service request attending.              


2. Access Permissions

The validation flow will depends how was configurated in your company.

3. Access

3.1 Access the inbox screen through this follow way path: Tasks > Inbox


3.2 Have done the access, the screen below will be displayed:


3.3 Has many forms to filter your search, one of them is adding the service request name on "New query", as image below:

Another way is by selecting on search filter the option "Third Party Members Validation".

After select will be displayed all requests on inbox.


3.4 After select the wanted request click on "maximize" , located on the right hand of screen.

3.5 On screen below will be maked the evidence validation. In this example, have only 1 evidence, but depending service type request may have some more evidences.


4. Refusing validation

4.1 To verify if the evidence is in accordance with requested document, just click twice on it, as image below:

4.2 After have clicked, the window below will be displayed, containing document picture and information.

4.3 As we can see, the requested evidence "Security Awareness" doesn't correspond with "CPF". In that way, will be necessery refuse the attendance.

4.4 To refuse, click on "Refuse document", located on the right hand of screen.

4.5 The window below will be displayed, having some fields to be filled.

  • The "Reason" field, you may select the best justification to refuse the evidence.
  • The "Observation" field is optional.


4.6 After select the best option, click on "Save" to complete.

4.7 For now, wait the provider correction.

The occurrence status will be as: "Waiting correction".

When the provider correction was completed, it will be necessary do the validation again.


5. Accepting a validation

5.1 By using another example, if evidence be in accordance with requested document, click on "Validate", as image below:

5.2  Once approved all evidences, the next step it will do the request attendance.
