2. Access Configuration

2.1 Access the "Access Control Entries" screen by the following path: Settings >Security > Access

2.2 The screen will be displayed as image below. All the profiles already registered in the system will be listed in this window with your permissions. 

To start configurate the permission, click "Add".

2.3 In this next step, you'll need to select the desired profile and the permission that will be granted.

2.4 Then check the options: Access, Create, Modify and /or Delete that you want to grant.

2.5 After that, click "Save and close" to finish or "Save and new" to save and configure a new permission.

2.6 Check below de meanings of the fields: 

• Profile: Choose the profile you want to configure.

• Permission: Choose the permission object you want to configure.

• Access: Define whether the profile informed will have access to routine.

• Create: Define whether the informed profile will be allowed to create our records in the routine

• Modify: Define whether the profile informed will be allowed to change the existing records in the routine.

• Delete: Set whether the informed profile is allowed to delete the existing records in the routine.

3. Edit Permissions

3.1 To edit the permissions, just click on the desire permission. After that click "Save and Close".

4. Delete Permissions

4.1 To delete a permission, just select the permission as you want and then click "Delete".
