Inbox (EN)

1. Introduction


Inbox is a feature that allows the system user to view tasks that are pending approval. These possibilities include event approvals, service validation, outsourcer evidence etc.


2. Access

2.1 Access Inbox screen at: Tasks > Inbox. 

2.2 From this page you can view which tasks are pending treatment.

2.3 You can also apply some filters if necessary.


3. Handling Approval Requests

3.1 To start the approval, click on wanted request.

3.2 Then a new screen will be displayed containing the request description.


3.3 You’ll also be able to view the user’s history interaction. To see the history, click on "User Interaction History" icon.

3.4 After this, a new frame will be displayed listing all history interactions.

3.5 To continue, click on "Possible transitions".

3.6 Then new frame will be displayed listing possible transitions for the event. (Ex: Approve, Disapprove, and Cancel)

3.7 A new screen will show up, click on wanted option.


4. Finishing

Don’t forget to end your request. From this action you can recognize a pending resquest from other ones.

Example:

  • The approver feels that he isn’t responsible for approving this request.

  • A request has already been handled and the approver wants to remove it from his backlog.

Note: To finish a request is not the same as approve.

4.1 To end a request just click on "Finish" icon.

4.2 Then the request is now be highlighted and won’t longer appears at backlog.
