Customers Screen - iDrake Supplier

1. Introduction

On this iDrake Supplier screen will be displayed all customers that uses Drake System. At moment that customers enable at their system the integration with iDrake Supplier, they will be avaliable on "Customers" screen.

2. Access

2.1 Get access on register screen by clicking on "Customers" option. 

2.2 Done this, the "Customers" screen will be displayed listing the companies.

3. Register Resquest

This procedure might be realized at moment that provider company want to provide her services for some company listed on "Customers" screen.

3.1 For company registration request you just need to click on "Request Register" option.

3.2 After that, the solicitation will pass by an approval flow which the wanted customer would define if he agree with company provider registration request.

At this moment the request will be recognized as "Requested".

3.3 If the customer got accept request, the provider company will be able to receive service solicitations from that customer.
