Talent Pool Team Register

Introduction

In this article will be detailed the procedure workers registration in the team of "Talent Pool".

The "Talent pool" team, also known as "team extra" or "extra staff", are those workers who have the function of performing absenteeism coverage.

In this feature, it will be possible to register all the workers that have the same role (coverage) in one place, facilitating the management.


2. Access Permission

To have access to this feature, the permission to the "Manage Team" must be granted to the profiles responsible for operating and controlling this feature.

3. Register an operational unit

3.1 Before we have registering a Talent Pool team, it will be necessary register a Unit for a Talent Pool.


4. Create Role Mapping

4.1 In this step, register a talent pool function map based in Vacations rules parametrization


5. Register a new team

5.1 With a operational unit already registered, we will start the Talent Pool team register.

5.2 Access the team register screen by the following path: Register > Operations > Manage Team


5.3 For register a new team, click on "+" button, located on the right corner of the screen.


5.4 A new screen will be displayed, which would be necessary insert a basic team information, such as:

  • Define a team name. (Ex: Vacation approval team)
  • Define a member source.  (Ex: Workers UOP or All for a particular UOP).
  • Define the type, like "Talent Pool".
  • Role Mapping, select "Talent Pool mapping" already registered on topic 4.
  • Define register team UOP on topic 3.
  • Mark the option, "Filled automatically"


5.5 Insert the requirement for members source to talent pool team. For insert a new team requirement, click once again on insert button.

5.6 Follow the steps below:

  • Define a requirement name. 
  • If necessary, inform the minimum and maximum team members source.
  • Define requirement type.
  • If you had defined the function type or qualification, use the search area by wanted requirement and include it by "Add" option.


5.7 Filled the fields as requested, click on "Save" to confirm the requirement inclusion.


5.8 Now, just save the team.

Observation: This step can be given in any moment after you have filled the basic information.
