FAQ - Performing an Online Training

1 - Access

You can access MyDrake on Smarphone (for this case, access the application) or browser in your computer (https://drake.bz/my/home) to perform the training.

First, go to the option “inbox”. There you will find all the activities designated to you, including the training to be performed as well.

 

After accessing the Inbox, identify the training to be performed.

 



2 - Performing the training

Click on the option to expand to see more details about this training.

After clicking to expand, the information regarding the course will be displayed. To start, click on the button to “Start in EN-US“.

When clicking to start, some resources will be available as such as support texts, images and other so the worker can study them. After consulting, click on “Next”.

By clicking on “Next”, the window below will be displayed:

If the worker read the material, select the option and click on “Confirm“.

After studying the support material, an activity will be available. To start click on the button below.

Note: In the highlighted part is located the activity information.

After start, the activity questions will be displayed.

After completing, click on the button below to “Finish”.

After finished, the system will display the worker’s performance on the activity.

Note: The worker can download the certificate of the performed training. For this, click on the option “Certificate generated! Click here to download“ and the system will generate automatically.

It is possible to see the on the tab “Trainings” all performed and future courses as well.

1: Where are located the courses and the supplier company;

2: Current status of the courses;

3: Start and End dates of the courses.
