MyDRAKE - EVENTS

1 - Introduction

After finished Cadastros - Ocorrências considering that “Can be informed by worker” on “Options tab from “Occurrences”, the event is available on the tab “Events“ of MyDRAKE. In this area the worker can add events to register on DRAKE. Those events can be added automatically to additional events on DRAKE or can pass on an approval filter. In this way, the worker will have responsibility and autonomy, while the management team will have greater control over internal procedures.

Fill carefully and ask your managers about which events must be reported on MyDRAKE.


2 - Filling an Event

2.1 On the left panel on MyDRAKE, search for the icon “Events”, as displayed below: Select this option.

2.2 In this page you will see the events already added by the user and can create new events by clicking on “Add Event“ or the button “+” if it already has an event registered.

 

2.3 After clicking to add an event, the window to be filled with the event information will be displayed.

Fill the following fields:

 

  • Occurrence: Inform the occurrence’s name linked to the event. Confirm with your managers the occurrence’s name to be registered.

  • Operational Unit: If necessary, inform the Operational Unit the event occurs.

  • Cost Center: If necessary, inform the Cost Center the event belongs to.

  • Start Date: Inform the event’s initial date.

  • End Date: Inform the initial time of the event.

  • Start Time: Inform the event’s final date.

  • End Time: Inform the final time of the event.

  • Reason: If necessary to add a reason, fill here what caused the event.

 

2.4 After filling correctly the event’s form, click on “Save“.
