Phone application error

Sometimes the user installs the app on the phone, but MyDRAKE does not work correctly. This can happen because of the device, which might be using an old version of the operational system, or by having any other application installed and blocking the correct usage of MyDRAKE application. To solve this problem:

Computer browser error

On DRAKE page, sometimes an error appears where the text is displayed with formatting problems. Where should be displayed a button of “Start” or “Scheduled“ may display a dialog box with a text as “TRAINING_N2346G0_XQ”. This may be a problem with the stored data of the browser. Cache is the data storage the browser generates while accessing a website. It occurs to leave the navigation faster, which is really good, but in few cases this can also generate problems. When the cache register is different from the most recent information on the DNS, it is called a cache error. To solve this on Google Chrome is necessary to:

  • Press simultaneously the keys CTRL + SHIFT + DEL and execute the data cleaning on the page;

  • Close the browser, open again and execute the procedure - Or access through the path below:

After cleaning cache, the browser will suggest again to translate automatically, click on options > never translate this website
