Records - Local Content
1 - Introduction
Considering separating local employees by their nationality from Records > HR > Countries, this option will classify the workers that are local in a report.
Will also be considered to inform on the Operational Unit if the “Local Content” will be managed. Few parameters will also be necessary activating to export DRAKE’s reports.
2 - Permissions
To access this functionality the permission “Local Content” must be given to the responsible profiles to manage the registration.

3 - Registering an activity
3.1 To view the page, go to: Records > Compliance > Local Content
3.2 To add a new local content, click on “Add”.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Country* | Based on the registered countries, inform which country will belong to the local nationalities. |
Nationalities | Based on the registered nationalities, inform which nationalities will compose the local group, being one or more. |
3.3 Click on “Save” to finish registering.
4 - Setting a local content to an Operational Unit
4.1 After registering the local content, now it must refer in the Operational Unit so Drake can identify which the registered units will be in this range. For this, go to the Operational Unit record (Records - Units ) and open the unit to be changed.
4.2 If the unit uses the Local Content option, on the tab “Main” select the option “Focus on Local Content” and save the change.
5 - Setting Local Content on Entities
5.1 Now that it is already set on DRAKE how to identify which units will be considered, must be informed which workers will be included in the local content. For this is necessary to leave this need set on the company this worker is related to. The related company will be displayed on the worker’s record on the tab “Professional Data” and in the field “Company” through the window “Maintain Worker“ (Records - Workers ). The field to add the local content is on Entities (), where the companies information are kept on DRAKE. On the entities page double click the entity to be changed and enable the option “Consider employees when calculating Local Content“ in “Organization Data“.
