Records - Requirement Types

1 - Introduction
Registration responsible for defining types and needs priorities. Through the routine are defined blocks and alerts, as well. The user will register a name and acronym, the option “Validation Setting“ will be from the validation parameters, mentioned on the article Parâmetros - Validadores de programação .
2 - Permissions
To access this page, the option "Maintain Qualification Requirement Type" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.
To grant such permission, read the article: Granting Access Permissions.
3 - Registering the Qualification Requirement Types
3.1 Go to: Records > Compliance > Requirement Types.
3.2 After entering, click on “Add“.
3.3 The page will be displayed containing some fields to be filled.
Field | Description |

Name | Type’s name |
Acronym | Type’s identification acronym |
Must be accomplished by supplier | If this option is checked, the qualification requirements of this option must be attended by the suppliers. |
Validation Configuration | Definition previously set on the system’s parameters page. For more information about this configuration, read: Parâmetros - Configuração de validadores |
3.4 Fill the fields and click on “Save and Close“ to finish.
4 - Changing a Qualification Requirement Type
To change the qualification requirement information, click above the selected type.
Change the necessary information and finish clicking on “Save and Close“.
The validation configuration is set on the page “Parameters“, where the validator is registered and can be added to the qualification requirement. For more information, read the article: Parâmetros - Configuração de validadores
5 - Deleting a Qualification Requirement Type
To change the qualification requirement information, select the box of the type and click on “Delete“.
Behind DRAKE is a database where the inserted information on system are attached internally generating a complex network. If the user deletes an item linked to other pertinent information, the system will block the action. In this case, unlink all and any information linked to the requirement.
