POB - Air Transport Manifests (ATM)
1 - Introduction
1.1 The worker’s embarks and disembarks may happen by land, boat or air transport. In this feature we’ll get to know only about air transport and how to do passengers management.
1.2 Access Permission
To have the access the permission “Keep POB” must be given to accountable profile to manage POB unit.
For give such permission, read the article: Segurança - Configurar acesso (Versão anterior)
2 – Get Starting
2.1 Access POB screen through the follow path: Tasks > Onboard > POB
2.2 Then, on POB home screen you’ll find an icon called ATM. Click on it.
2.3 The screen below will be displayed with an opened manifests list. Click on add button “+” to create a new manifest.
3 – Creating an ATM
3.1 Let’s start to fill every area.
3.2 FLIGHT INFORMATION
3.3 LANDING INFORMATION
3.4 Passengers
You must fill this info by POB Planning Screen data. Only scheduled workers for disembark on selected date will appear at this feature.
3.4.1 On this board will be displayed scheduled workers for disembark by ATM. For now, you should add workers that will disembark, click “+” as image below.
Search for workers by selected day. Check if has any worker scheduled for that day, otherwise don’t will appear anyone at list
3.4.2 Then the screen below will be shown up. Fill requested areas. The list “People onboard with disembark at xx/xx/xx” will display every scheduled worker.
Select only workers who will disembark on this plane. If has more than one scheduled flight, do balancing as inner requests.
Select wanted workers and click “Confirm”
3.4.3 The workers will be shown on list, as image below:
3.5 Inform passenger weight and luggage by clicking on “edit” button.
Your list will be updated with new info:
4 – Finishing ATM
4.1 Check info and click “confirm disembark” to complete process. Then, for register click “Save”.
PS: Remember to save before going out screen, or information will be lost.
4.2 Is also possible close changing by clicking “Close” button.
4.3 If you need edit some detail, click “Reopen”
4.4 For last, you can print the ATM by clicking “print” button
