Reports - Manage Conflict

1 - Introduction
The Conflict Manager is a report with an analytical view of the conflicts that can impact the operation.
The conflict reasons may vary, such as: A Block due to a qualification or health assessment overdue, scheduled training on the same day as the embark, an alert of a qualification or health assessment to be overdue, among other reasons. All those reasons will be informed in this page, where the conflicts will be displayed.
The conflicts are displayed based on the set validators from Parameters - Conflicts (Parâmetros - Conflitos). The validators set will search for conflicts displayed on the system based on the current date. However, a future schedule may not be displayed on conflict manager page if it is not on the alert set deadline.
3 - Permissions
To access this functionality, the permission “Manage Conflict” must be granted to the responsible user profiles for controlling the registry.

2 - Access
To access this functionality, go to: Reports > Manage Conflict.
The page below will be displayed:
In this page will be possible to view all the conflicts details. Check the source of this conflict (E.g.: The conflict is related to an embark or disembark), the level (Block/Alert) and the message (Reason for this conflict.
After searching for the conflict reason, it is necessary to manage it in order to solve the problems.
