1. Introduction

Manage beds and workers by your company’s preferences. Once you have been created worker scheduling, the POB feature will allow you to book any operational unit accommodation in advance, such as the workforce that will fill it.

2. Get Starting

2.1 Access POB display by: TASKS > ON BOARD > POB

2.2 At the Planning screen, click on chosen worker:

2.3 Then, in the middle of screen will be displayed available beds for allocation, by schedule data:

2.4 Select bed and the worker who will fill it. After that, check information and the reservation will be completed.

2.5 To review reservation infos, click the arrow in the bed management area as indicated below.
