1 - Introduction

This is a primary record, as such as Records - Types (Visa) , where must be informed the protocol type from Records - Expats (Visa) This is a page that will be used during software implementation phase only, since the types do not vary commonly during the operation years..

2 - Permissions

To access this functionality the permission “Maintain Protocol Visa Types” must be given to the responsible profiles to manage the registration.

3 - Steps

3.1 To record a visa type, go to: Records > HR > Types > Visa Protocol Type.

3.2 Done the access, the page “Visa Protocol Type“ will be displayed. To register a new type, click on “Add”.

3.3 After clicking on “Add” , a new window will be displayed. Fill all the fields with the visa protocol information. Sub types can also be added to the protocol type.

3.4 Click on “Save” to finish.

4 - Changing a protocol type

4.1 To change a protocol type, double-click above it.

4.2 The recorded window will be displayed. Change the necessary information and click on “Save”.

5 - Removing a registered visa protocol type

5.1 To remove a visa protocol type, select the option by clicking on it and click on “Remove”
