Records - Job Mapping

1 - Introduction

Job mapping is a page used to create a “from-to” of jobs imported to the system by integration or Talent Pool teams.

Integration: This functionality will be only for companies that wants an interaction between the payroll jobs imported by DRAKE, with a differentiated reflex on the system for operating jobs.

Talent Pool Teams: This functionality will integrate the system covering flow. Specifically for companies with vacation coverage process defined by DRAKE system..

If the user wants to start using Job Mapping, contact the Customer Manager responsible for the company. Will be necessary to set the software to the map attends to the user’s needs.


2 - Permissions

To access this functionality, the permission “Maintain Job Mapping” must be granted to the responsible profiles for operate and control the functionality.

3 - Access

3.1 Go to the page of Job Mapping registering by following the path: Records > HR > Job Mapping

3.2 The page "Job Mapping" will be displayed. In this page will be listed all registered maps on DRAKE.

3.3 By clicking on “Add” the user will be redirected to the page “Create Role Mapping”, to create job grouping.

The name that will be given to the map. Free text.

3.5 To add a mapped job, clicking on “Add”, the window “Create Role Mapping Item“ will be displayed on the window.

Origin Job

Select the jobs registered from Records - Jobs and specify which job will be related to

Context - Equals to

By selecting this option, the user informs the system that the origin job equals to the correlated job.

Context - Evolves to

By selecting this option, the user changes the level of the origin job to the correlated job.

Context - Paid as

By selecting this option, the user makes the payment equal to the correlated job.

Context - Worked as

By selecting this option, the user makes the origin job to the correlated job.

Destination Job

Select the jobs registered from Records - Jobs to correlate to the Origin Job.

3.6 To finish registering, click on “Save”. Keep creating more mapping items to be used on the map and save the map as well.

 

4 - Changing or Deleting a Map

To delete a map, select and click on the trash can icon.

To change, double click above the selected map.


5 - How to use the Job Mapping

5.1 INTEGRATION

5.1.1 To use the job mapping on Integration go to: Parameters > Automation > Options

5.1.2 Search for “Job Mapping” and select the map to be used on the integration.

5.2.1 To use the job mapping as Team, go to: Records > Operation > Manage Team.

5.2.1 Open a registered team or create a new one. On the team, when selecting “Type*” as “Talent Pool“, a new field is displayed requesting to inform the “Job Mapping”.
