1 - Introduction

On the page of Training Forecast, it is possible to follow-up monthly and annual expenses regarding the courses performed by the workers. It is important to fill correctly the page Records - Provider's Course Information to obtain this information.

2 - Permissions

To access this page, the option "Training Forecast" must be granted to the responsible profiles for controlling the functionality.

To grant such permission, read the article: Granting Access Permissions.

3 - Training Forecast page

3.1 Go to: Reports > Compliance > Training Forecast

3.2 The page below will be displayed:

3.3 To check future costs regarding trainings, use the filters on the left panel of the page. After selected, click on “Execute“.

3.4 The information will be displayed.

The forecast displays the quantity of trainings to be provided for each requirement, the quantity scheduled and the estimated cost per month and year.
