Reports - Crew Change Report (Setup and Generate)
1 - Introduction
The Crew Change Report consists on comparing the positions (jobs) of the crews (back to back) of a Operational Unit. Through this, the user will identify previously if there are any divergences on crew change process, allowing the cases considered as problems can be solved on time.
In this article will be guided how to setup and issue a crew change report on DRAKE as the example below:
2 - Permissions
The access permissions below are necessary to proceed with the steps.
Crew Change Report Setup - Allows to setup a report on the format “back to back”, which can be used to control the teams schedule and its components.
Event Approval filter Setup - Allows to setup the filters used to restrict to view the workers when approving events.
Generate Crew Change Report - Allows to view the crew change reports page

3 - Report settings
3.1 Go to the menu: Reports > Crew Change > Crew Change Report > Setup
3.2 The page “Manage Groupings” will open. Click on “Add”
3.3 Select the Operational Unit, on the field “Name” Provide a title for the report. The groups 1 and 2 on “Group 1 Title“ and “Group 2 Title“ are the main columns of the report previously displayed. After filling the information, click on “Save and Close” to enable the participants tab.
3.4 After saving, find the group generated for the operational unit, select it and then click on “Edit”. On “Participants” tab, click on “Add”. Each new entry will be a group of lines as the report image. It is recommended that the groups be created per job types (Maintenance, supervision, drilling, etc.)
3.5 Select a crew for group 1 and the group 2 will be the back to back crew of this group. Repeat the process until all the crews are selected.
3.6 To perform the report extra settings, go to the tab “Configuration” and select the option “Custom Configuration”.
The option Show Crew Change Dates will display the future change dates on the report header. The Validators configuration can be utilized if the user wants the conflicts and locks to be displayed for the workers (such as expired qualification, medical assessment, and others).
3.7 Colors can also be configured to be displayed on the report:
3.8 When the report is fully configured, click on "Save and Close".
4 - Generating the Report
4.1 After configuring the report, go to: Reports > Crew Change > Crew Change Report > Generate
4.2 Select the Operational Unit and click on “Generate”.
The report will be issued on a new tab of the browser.
