Parameters - Schedule Validators
1 - Introduction
DRAKE has a wide variety of validators. By default, the system defines some of these validators for the logistic scheduling process.
The definition of these validators is what can set the display of alerts and blocks on embark/disembark tabs. In this article, will be displayed how to make changes on system default settings..
2 - Access
2.1 Go to the menu: Configuration > Parameters.
2.2 Go to the tabs: Schedule > Validators.
This is where the validators are managed. It is possible to remove or add new, as such as change the system default.
2.3 When viewing the Validators tab, check if the validators below have already been configured, if so, the user will not need to configure them again:
Validates logistic schedule participant not included in TR - It is the validator that checks if the logistic schedule participant is included in a Transport Request (TR). This validator will analyze all schedules with close dates (considering Block and Alert Period) and will alert or block if the participant of the schedule is not yet included in a TR.
Validates OU of embark - This validator is responsible for notifying that a worker will embark in an operational unit different from the unit the worker is registered in.
3 - Adding new validators
3.1 To add a new validator, click on “Add” button and a new window will open. Select the validator and one of the validator’s settings.
Validador: Tipo de validador que será aplicado.
Configuration: Predefined setting on parameters page. For further information, go to: Configuração de validadores
3.2 Done validator inclusion, click on “Save and Close” to finish.
4. Changing a validator
4.1 If necessary to change a validator, click above it.
4.2 Change what is necessary and finish by clicking on "Save and Close".
5 - Removing a validator
To remove a validator, select it and click on “Delete”
