2 - Access

2.1 Go to Crew Rotation page. Then, go to “More filters” option.

2.2 Done this, the window “WORKER FILTERS“ will be opened.

3 - Filter by Operational Unit

3.1 On the upper left field, select the operational unit to be filtered and then click “Apply” on the bottom right corner. This way, only the desired unit will be displayed.

3.2 After this selection, the Crew Rotation page will only display information related to the selected operational unit.

3.3 The parameters will be displayed on the upper side of the Crew Rotation spreadsheet as seen on Parameters - Crew Rotation .

3.4 Workers that are not allocated in the same Operational Unit will be highlighted with different colors.

3.5 The occurrences of other operational units can change the color to grey scales by selecting the option “Fade when the operating unit is different from the filter applied in Crew Rotation”.

3.6 After selecting, workers that are in the same filtered Operational Unit, but with other units occurrences will have a grey selection to differentiate from others on Crew Rotation.

4 - Events Filter

3.1 First, choose the option “Events Filter” on the upper right corner. Select the desired event and the time range on the upper left corner of the window.

3.2 By selecting the option “Events Filter“ on the upper right corner, two new columns will be displayed with the filters “Date of the next event“ and “Next event type“, where can be sorted and filtered as desired.

• “Date of the next event” = Date the next event is scheduled

• “Next event type” = Related occurrences

4.3 Selecionado o evento com os filtros referentes, cliquem em “Aplicar” no canto inferior direito. After selecting the event click in “Apply” on the bottom right corner.

4.4 With this, the Crew Rotation display is defined according to the user's needs.
